At Schostal Originals, we ship globally with trusted couriers and offer free shipping when your order exceeds the minimum threshold for your region.
1. Order Cut-Off & Dispatch
Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST / 3:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) leave our warehouse the same day.
Next-day shipping: Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays ship the next working day.
Peak periods: During holidays, sales or unexpected events, dispatch may be delayed.

4. International Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside the EU may incur customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient. Schostal Originals cannot refund or reimburse these costs.
All prices are shown in € (Euros). Your payment provider may apply a currency-conversion fee.
5. Pre-Orders & Monogramming
Monogrammed items: Please allow up to 10 additional business days for custom embroidery and shipping.
6. Couriers & Missed Delivery
We ship primarily with DHL Express (or an equivalent premium service). All parcels include tracking and require a signature. If you are unavailable, DHL will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or drop-off location.
7. Signature Packaging & Sustainability
Your order arrives in our signature gift box, wrapped in branded FSC-certified tissue paper. All packaging is fully recyclable to minimise environmental impact. Shipping Policy
