Returns & Exchanges

At Schostal Originals, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in a simple, stress-free process.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- unused, in original condition
- all original tags attached
- original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted item
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or monogrammed items

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at support@schostaloriginals.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Purchase date
- Item(s) to return or exchange
- Reason for the return

2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide:
- A pre-paid return shipping label (for EU customers)
- Instructions for returning the item(s)

3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us to request an exchange.
Exchanges are:
- Subject to availability
- Only possible for items of equal value

The fastest solution: return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

- Return shipping is free within the European Union
-For non-EU customers, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Any customs duties on returned goods are also the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged
or defective, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@schostaloriginals.com with:
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number

We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refund Not Showing?

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
- Check with your bank or card issuer
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@schostaloriginals.com
